PROFILE — Beth Myers
Click to Enlarge Photo . . . Beth Myers holds a Bachelor's of Arts in English from William Smith College and a Master's of Arts in Education from the University of Pittsburgh. Beth has worked in an array of educational environments including outdoor overnight camps, aquatics programs, and children's museums and theaters. As the Education Staff Developer at the Children's Museum of Pittsburgh during the 2003-04 expansion, Beth worked hard to bring educational theory and practice to Museum Educators on the floor who work closely with children and families everyday. Beth is still very involved at the Museum with her children as well as Phipps Conservatory and the Children's Institute of Pittsburgh, where she serves on the Family Advisory Council. Beth has been a friend to the Children's School since 2003 when her husband Jason began working with the 4's program. Since that time her children, Wil (8), Cora (6), and now Lorelei (3) have or are attending the school. Beth is looking forward to another great year substitute teaching at the Children's School!
