Research Interests:

I am interested in studying pathways linking stress and health outcomes from a dual-process perspective. First, I'm developing behavioral methods for studying implicit cognitive processes that prolong stress reactivity. Second, I'm curious how explicit self-regulatory processes, like mindfulness meditation training, may change these implicit processes to buffer psychological, physiological, and neuroendocrine stress responding.
