Jessica Cicchino
Jessica is a third-year PhD student studying developmental psychology. She is interested in how infants begin to recognize the actions of animates. Her current research focuses on how and when infants know that animals move towards goals and the relationship between infants' ability to crawl and their ability to identify abstract motion patterns. Jessica is originally from the New Jersey shore, and she misses the beach.
Sarah DeWath
Sarah is a sophomore pursuing a psychology major from Cupertino, California. She is a member of the women’s soccer team. Her hobbies include photography, working out, and watching 24. Back home, Sarah was a physical trainer and an active member of her community. This included working with the Red Cross and being part of the Community Emergency Response Team. Sarah hopes to study abroad and one day travel to Greece.

Jess Jankowitsch
Jess is a Sophomore Pyschology major from Kintnersville, PA. During the school year, she also works at the Children's School with three year olds. She is considering going into Pediatric Oncology as a career while also continuing research in Developmental Psychology. In her free time, she enjoys her membership in Tri Delta, ball room dancing, cooking for others, and exploring the city.

Theresa Kelly
Theresa is a sophomore Decision Science/Psychology double major from Upper St. Clair Pennsylvania. Her activities include fencing, costuming, and musical composition. When she isn't in class, working at the CNBC, or spending time at the ICL, she enjoys exploring new places and playing video games with her friends.

Lauren Krogh
Lauren is currently a sophomore Biology/Psychology major. She’s an active member of her church and Christian fellowship on campus, and misses her sunny San Diego beaches back home. She is considering earning a graduate degree in public health and applying that knowledge overseas while also serving as a missionary in a third world country.

Shelly Kucherer
Shelly is a sophomore psychology and biology double major from Pittsburgh, PA. Besides working in the lab, she is a resident assistant, a member of DOCs, does research at Hillman Cancer Center, and volunteers at Children’s Hospital. She hopes to go to medical school after finishing her undergraduate degree at Carnegie Mellon, and would like to focus on pediatric oncology. She loves watching movies, eating, and spending time with her friends.

Ashleigh Molz
Ashleigh is a junior psychology major from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania pursuing minors in vocal performance and Spanish. She is the president of CMU’s acappella group Soundbytes. She plans to go to graduate school to become a clinical psychologist. In her spare time, she likes to watch movies, eat, and cook (sometimes all at once), and play with her two pet snakes.
Amy Nichols
Amy is a freshman and plans to declare a Psychology major next semester. She enjoys working at the CMU Children’s School and MGRF Murals Pittsburgh during the school year. Amy loves to travel, and hopes to study abroad in the future. A native of Baltimore, Maryland, she also thinks she is the only person in Pittsburgh who doesn’t watch the Steelers (go Orioles!).
Anjali Shah
Anjali is a junior biology and psychology major from Long Island, New York who eventually plans on attending medical school. She is currently a volunteer at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, and is also a member of Carnegie Mellon’s South Asian Dance Troupe, Tanah. In addition, she is a peer tutor in the university for several science courses.
Gabe Smith
Gabe is a junior psychology major from Fort Wayne, Indiania who is pursuing a minor in art. She is currently a member of the Carnegie Mellon Varsity Cheerleading squad. Some of her favorite things to do include running and eating pot-stickers. While away at school she misses her dog Romeo and three cats.
