The purpose of this course is to deepen understanding of special topics in developmental psychology through discussions of class members' ongoing research. Class members will be presenting the experiments that they are planning and designing, and when needed, assigning readings as background. The focus will be on analyzing and improving the design of the research and placing the research in an appropriate context. In each session, one student will present his or her research and receive comments, suggestions, and feedback from the class members and the professor.
